Brando Sued by Former Business Manager

Marlon Brando has been sued by his former manager, Jo An Corrales, for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. By means of which, Corrales claims that she was subjected to a hostile work environment and that Brando exposed his genitals, touched her inappropriately and insisted her to watch porn films with him.

Actually Corrales had filed a precursor lawsuit in December, seeking $3.5 million, but was rejected by Brando's trustees. Thus, she came to her next lawsuit filed on Monday March 3, 2005, demanding 10 per cent of the $5 million in residuals that she claims Brando received during the time of her three-year employment, which ended in 2004.

Kournikova Stalker Put Under Mental Facility

Tennis star Anna Kournikova stalker Transient William Lepeska, who was arrested in January for swimming nude across Biscayne Bay in an effort to reach Kournikova's home near Miami, has been put in a six months restrictive mental facility under the order of Circuit Judge Diane Ward. "His illness is very legitimate," Ward said.

Psychiatrists and a psychologist who examined Lepeska in jail, in addition, testified that he behaved similarly to how he acted in court March 6, 2005. "Everything is part of a conspiracy where he's been wronged," that's why Lapeska tend to see himself as a victim, said psychologist Jethro Toomer. Besides, he was taking no medication for mental illness. Based on the evidences, Diane Ward then made the decision and set Lapeska to be tried for charges if his condition improves.

Springsteen's Solo Tour

Prior to Eminem and 50 cent tour in Detroit, there will be Bruce Springsteen to hold his solo summer tour. The singer will perform by himself when he begins a series of live shows in support of his upcoming "Devils & Dust" album, with the first performance slated for April 25 in the city, a day before the album comes out.

The tour which will end through the end of June, will include a series of dates across the United States and Europe, after which additional domestic shows will be scheduled. In the United States, Springsteen will also play in Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Oakland, Denver, St. Paul, Minn., Chicago, Fairfax, Va., Cleveland, Philadelphia, East Rutherford, N.J., and Boston.

C-Murder Sues State Of Louisiana For New Trial

Rapper C-Murder, whose real name is Corey Miller, has sued State of Lousiana, alleges that he was denied his civil and constitutional rights when he lost his legal battle to overturn a second-degree murder conviction. He was actually been offered for a new trial by a judge who found "something wrong in the case, yet it was denied by the Appellate Court, which has never been done before in the history of Louisiana law."

The president of a local chapter of the NAACP who is also an attorney, Ernest Johnson, explained the lawsuit to reporters gathered at a Baton Rouge courthouse that the suit is based on the supposition that criminal defendants are not provided the same rights on appeal as civil defendants, and called it "discrimination." Moreover, C-Muder federal suit also revealed that the state of Louisiana has already had "a disproportionate number of African-Americans who are incarcerated."

Hilton Sex Tape Owners Sue First Pirates

The owners of Paris Hilton's sex tape have taken a legal action against piracy. World Wide Red Light District boss, David Joseph, filed a suit against California photo shop employee, Mordechi Kattan, in Los Angeles' Federal District Court on April 4, 2005, claiming he allegedly illegally counterfeited, manufactured, sold and distributed the video.

With those allegations, Joseph is seeking a permanent injunction and more than $3 million in damages. Moreover, the company has also asked Hilton's fans to come forward with other possible counterfeiters, and has posted a reward for information leading to the prosecution of other pirates on its website. It is not mentioned if Hilton herself will have any involvement in the proceedings.

Pitt Among Celebs on New PSA

Troy actor Brad Pitt was one among the many celebs featured in new public service announcements for a campaign led by U2 singer Bono to fight poverty and AIDS. Pitt has willingly join the campaign, which Bono said simply raising awareness and recruiting new advocates, because he was struck by the extreme poverty in Africa that made it difficult for the sick to get drugs to minimize the effects of AIDS.

To bring in life his deep concern to poverty and human equality, Pitt said he's returning to Africa in several weeks, but not yet sure what other things he'll do to success the campaign titled "ONE: The Campaign to Make Poverty History." Joined the two actor were Jack Valenti, the former top lobbyist for the film industry, and actor Djimon Hounsou, a native of Benin.

Kidman Corrects Herself Pregnancy Statement

Nicole Kidman has corrected her own statement saying she's pregnant. The Hollywood actress told an Australian TV show on March 3, 2005, that she was desperate to add to her family clan and was already experiencing symptoms of pregnancy as she said "I've got hormones running through my system as I sit wriggling on my chair."

However, Kidman quickly confirmed the rumor and firstly did it at the premie
