DJ Snake made his debut with singles "Bird Machine" featuring Alesia and "Turn Down for What" featuring Lil Jon in 2013. "Turn Down for What" was nominated for the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards for Best Direction, Best Art Direction, Best Visual Effects and the MTV Clubland Award.

His 2015 collaboration with Major Lazer and MO "Lean On" peaked at No. 4 on Billboard Hot 100 chart. The track surpassed 526 million Spotify plays, making it the service's most streamed song ever. A music video for the song, meanwhile reached 1 billion views on YouTube.

Snake earned his first No. 1 album on Billboard's Dance/Electronic Albums with "Encore". The 30-year-old French DJ's debut studio album featured his latest Justin Bieber collaboration "Let Me Love You".

"Let Me Love You" remains in Top 10 iTunes chart since making its debut at No. 1 on August 5. Bieber co-wrote the song's lyrics alongside Andrew Watt, Ali Tamposi, Brian Lee and Louis Bell, while Snake handled the production.

The song debuted at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and opened at No. 1 on Digital Songs with 113,000 downloads, becoming Snake's first number-one on the chart.
