There are 4,000 film festivals in the world and 3,999 of them have turned down producer Nick Twain's (Dennis Hopper) latest flop of a film. So what's a hollywood producer to do? Take his misfit cast all the way out to the small town O'Hi Film Festival! But trouble awaits when things don't go exactly as planned. His male lead is no where to be found and his two leading ladies are in their own cat fight! O'Hi's mayor is trying to make a run for the governor's seat and the president of the film festival, undertaker Harvey Weinstein (and no, not that Harvey Weinstein) is causing his own trouble. In this hilarious satire of the film festival world, "The Last Film Festival" brings Hollywood right into your own town.
