September 16, 2009 10:09:37Cover has been taken off, the second group of presenters in duty for 61st Primetime Emmy Awards reveal themselves. Kevin Bacon, who is nominated at the award show for his role in TV movie "Taking Chance", will be on hand to present together with his wife Kyra Sedgwick who is also a nominee for her role on "The Closer".
Also presenting together would be the leading stars to CBS drama series "NCIS: Los Angeles", LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell. Others taking similar task include Alec Baldwin, Kaley Cuoco, Cat Deeley, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Johnny Galecki, Ricky Gervais, Jim Parsons, Amy Poehler, Anna Torv, Sigourney Weaver and Kate Walsh.

On Monday morning, June 8, the actress who is best known for her portrayal of Los Angeles Police Department deputy police chief Brenda Johnson on "The Closer" attended the ceremony accompanied by her actor husband Kevin Bacon.
Upon receiving her star, the 43-year-old said she first got into the acting business when she was twelve years old and never looked back since then. "The need to walk around in other's shoes and convey the truth of other humans runs deep into the heart of me," she added. "A desire I doubt will ever be snuffed out. So honored to be among the actors on Hollywood Blvd., but memorable performances are never made alone."

Among them make the list are Angelina Jolie and actor George Clooney, who both counted among the Valedictorians.
Jolie, who aside from becoming the mother of four children, is a famous Hollywood movie star has been included in the picks because, as claimed by Entertainment Weekly, her acting performances in 2007 were far more interesting than her private life, taking into account her movie credits during the year which among others include "Beowulf" and "A Mighty Heart."

Also recruited into the lineup is Michael C. Hall, widely known for his role as David Fisher in HBO's drama series "Six Feet Under." Filming reportedly is scheduled to start next year in January under the direction of Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, who both also penned the script.

The 59th Primetime Emmy Awards keeps adding more and more star-studded presenters into its list. Alec Baldwin, Tina Fey, and Stephen Colbert are among the additional presenters announced by Fox Thursday August 30th.
The threesome will join previously announced presenters, including Jon Stewart, Jeremy Piven, Kelsey Grammer, Kiefer Sutherland and Katherine Heigl. Other newly announced presenters include Marcia Cross, Ellen DeGeneres, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Kyra Sedgwick.

The 59th annual Emmy Awards won't be held until September 16th later this year, but the nominees are in already. "The Sopranos", "Ugly Betty", and "Grey's Anatomy" are among the series dominating the award nominees list announced Thursday July 19th.
ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" is nominated for the Drama Series award, running for the category with the likes of "Boston Legal", "Heroes", "House", and "The Sopranos". The hit dramedy series "Ugly Betty" is vying for the category of Comedy Series with "Entourage", "The Office", "30 Rock", and "Two and a Half Men" as the competitors.

Jennifer Hudson, film newcomer, won the award for Best Supporting Actress in A Movie Musical or Comedy at Monday's 64th annual Golden Globes presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association in Beverly Hills, Calif.
It was her portrayal in the hit movie "Dreamgirls" that not only the former American Idol finalist won the Globe, but also it opens the chance for her to get the same prize at the Academy Awards.
