Adam Lambert and Kris Allen Work With Kevin Rudolf for Debut Albums
September 17, 2009 01:09:21Not only Allison Iraheta but also Adam Lambert and Kris Allen will get help from singer/producer/songwriter Kevin Rudolf in getting their post-"American Idol" efforts done. While Kevin's studio session with Adam was started in July before the Idol tour was kicked off, his work with Kris will not happen until October.
Spilling the beans on what he has crafted with Adam, Kevin told MTV, "We started a song that was ... kind of like an updated, futuristic-rock, disco-ish thing." Now that the Idol roadshow has been wrapped, he will continue completing the song with Adam sometime soon.
Allison Iraheta Hooks Up With Kevin Rudolf for Debut Album
July 25, 2009 01:07:04Allison Iraheta has spilled the beans on who will make contribution to her upcoming debut album. To MTV, the singer who finished fourth in "American Idol" season 8 confirmed she has "Let It Rock" hitmaker Kevin Rudolf as her collaborator.
Allison also mentioned David Hodges, the ex-member of Evanescence, as another person who will help her finishing the record. Beside naming the featured guests in the album, she also revealed about what kind of sounds she will be crafting for this studio project. "Rock, definitely," she said. "It's something I've always wanted to do. It's what I've grown up on."
Kevin Rudolf's 'Welcome to the World' Music Video
May 04, 2009 11:05:07Kevin Rudolf has finished filming a music video for his single "Welcome to the World" and has just brought out the video. The Cash Money's singer is captured rocking out with his band in an abandoned building.
"Welcome to the World" is the second single from Kevin Rudolf's debut album "In the City", which has been in stores since November 2008. Its album version features rapper Rick Ross, while its remix version has new rapper Kid Cudi lending his vocals.

April 15, 2009 11:04:08Kevin Rudolf is busy filming a music video to promote his new single "Welcome to the World". While the music video hasn't arrived just yet, a behind-the-scenes footage of the video has emerged, giving a sneak peek into the upcoming video as well as Kevin's comment on him being considered as rock/rap artist.
From the footage, it is seen that the music video is shot in a parking lot of a building. Kevin is captured wearing a black shirt matched with a black-and-white cap and singing the song with two women hitting oil drums behind him.

October 13, 2008 01:10:12Kevin Rudolf got his start in the music industry after meeting top-notched producer Timbaland in 2004. He then helped working on numerous Timbaland-produced hits, including Nelly Furtado's "Say It Right", Timbaland's "Release", and Black Eyed Peas' "My Style".
In early 2007, Rudolf decided to release his own project after getting a "real vision of what I could contribute as a producer, musician, and songwriter and tapping into my own voice." While working on his debut album, Rudolf met Cash Money Records' Slim Williams and after playing some of his songs for him, he was signed by the executive.
