AceShowbiz - Funnyman Andy Dick's manager is refusing to confirm or deny a story suggesting the oddball comic allegedly flashed his penis in a Los Angeles coffee shop. The drunk comedian was reportedly sitting with a small group of friends when he suddenly kissed one of his companions, flashed his genitals and made a dash for the exit.

He continued his eccentric behavior outside, allegedly flashing at a bus full of tourists and yelling at them. A motorist, who claims he caught Dick's craziness on video, says, "He was claiming he'd been raped and behaving insane, screaming for his life."

The funnyman then reportedly jumped into a stranger's car and asked the driver to take him home. A spokesman for Dick refused to comment on the story.

It's not the first time Dick has hit the headlines for flashing in public - he was asked to leave a party in July after exposing himself to guests. In June, he was reportedly ejected from a Los Angeles theater after storming into the venue in a drunken stupor and in April he was picked up by cops after allegedly wandering into a random house in Los Angeles in the middle of the night, prompting the frightened family to call police.

He was also ejected from a California winery when security staff suspected him of being intoxicated. Dick was also charged with felony first degree sexual assault for allegedly grabbing a security guard's crotch and kissing a male guest at a bar in Huntington, West Virginia without invitation in January.
