AceShowbiz - Actress Patricia Arquette is seeking primary custody of her young daughter after filing for divorce from husband Thomas Jane on Friday, August 13. The "Medium" star confirmed she has split from "The Punisher" actor last week, with her spokesperson saying, "The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter."
Arquette filed for an official split in a Los Angeles court on Friday, and is seeking legal and physical custody of their seven-year-old daughter, Harlow. It is the second break-up for the couple, who married in 2006. Arquette filed for divorce in January 2009, only to ask to have the petition dismissed months later after reuniting with Jane.
Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane wed on June 25, 2006 at the Palazzo Contarini in Venice, Italy. Beside Harlow, Patricia also has a son, Enzo, from her previous relationship with musician Paul Rossi.
