AceShowbiz - Kate Hudson is dating Muse frontman Matt Bellamy, according to a U.K. report. The "Almost Famous" actress has been single since splitting from baseball star Alex Rodriguez late last year. But Hudson appears to be putting the failed relationship behind her by hooking up with the British musician, according to U.K. newspaper The Sun.

The publication claims the pair started dating last month and plan to go public with their romance at Britain's legendary Glastonbury festival later this month, when Muse headline the event. An insider tells the newspaper, "Matt has been over to America to hang out with Kate. But they have done everything they can to avoid being seen together in the early stages of their relationship."

"Things are going so well Kate is planning to fly to the U.K. to hang out with Matt at the festival. She wants to watch the band from the side of the stage and meet his pals."

According to People, Hudson and Bellamy were seen strolling through the Place Vendome, a square in the center of Paris, acting like "a couple". Later, they had lunch on the Left Bank at Brasserie Lipp.

Bellamy wouldn't be Hudson's first rocker beau - she was previously married to The Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, the father of her son, Ryder.
