Marcus Jordan, son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, finds himself in legal trouble after a chaotic night in Florida. The 34-year-old was arrested for DUI, cocaine possession, and resisting arrest.

AceShowbiz - Early Tuesday morning, February 4, Marcus Jordan was arrested in Florida under charges of driving under the influence, possession of cocaine, and resisting arrest without violence. The incident occurred in Orange County when officers from the Maitland Police Department found his blue Lamborghini SUV stuck on railroad tracks near Greenwood Road and Mechanic Street.

According to the police report, officers encountered Jordan around 1:14 A.M. with his vehicle's headlights still on. The Lamborghini's tires were buried in the dirt and rocks from spinning repeatedly on the tracks. Marcus Jordan, visibly disoriented, claimed he had made a wrong turn and required assistance to get his car off the tracks.

The situation escalated when officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the car, coupled with Jordan's slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. Jordan admitted to consuming alcoholic drinks at multiple venues, including a gentleman's club in Winter Park and Casselberry area, before getting behind the wheel.

Before his arrest, he was seen speeding away from cops, making the wrong turn, and getting his car stuck on the railroad tracks. "I'm Marcus Jordan, Michael Jordan's son," he told the officers in the footage. "I appreciate your concerns, but I am not inebriated."

Despite insisting he was under the legal limit, a field sobriety test led officers to arrest him on DUI charges.

Adding to his troubles, a search revealed a small plastic bag with a white substance in Jordan's pocket, which tested positive for cocaine. Although initially resistant - refusing to exit the car and obstructing officers' attempts to close the patrol car door - Jordan was eventually brought to the DUI detention center and then transferred to the Orange County Jail. He was held on a $4,000 bond.

This incident adds another chapter to Marcus Jordan's run-ins with the law - he had a previous arrest in 2012 for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in Omaha, Nebraska. The arrest comes at a time when Jordan was under media scrutiny for his past relationships, including with Larsa Pippen and Eddie Murphy's ex-wife Nicole Murphy.

Upon his release from jail, Marcus Jordan refused to speak with reporters, keeping his hood up as he left in another Lamborghini. The Maitland Police Department released more than an hour of bodycam footage showing Jordan's initial interactions with officers, further highlighting the night's chaotic events.

This latest run-in with the law serves as a stark reminder of the potential consequences of impaired driving and drug possession, no matter one's background or notoriety. The legal proceedings ahead will determine the next steps for Marcus Jordan after this troubling incident.
