AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck looked upset in his recent outing amid his ongoing divorce from Jennifer Lopez. The Hollywood actor appeared to be in a bad mood when stepping out on Thursday afternoon, December 5 in Los Angeles.
The Oscar winner looked sulky as he dropped by his office building. He was seen grimacing while dropping his car off at the valet. The 52-year-old filmmaker wore a white button-down shirt and a cozy black jacket.
Later that day, Ben gave a stoic expression when driving out the building. He sat behind the wheels and had the driver's side window of his black SUV rolled down as he put one hand out of the window.
On the same day, Ben's estranged wife was seen house hunting in L.A. In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the singer/actress is back on the hunt for a new pad, nearly four months after filing for divorce from Ben.
The 55-year-old beauty was pictured checking out properties in Beverly Hills and Brentwood, which is the neighborhood where Ben's new $20 million bachelor pad is located. She looked tense while being joined by her entourage as they toured three mega mansions with large space for her and her 16-year-old twins.
The Bronx native was noticeably dressed down in baggy blue jeans and a blue flannel shirt. She added a pair of chunky tan platform boots and carried her belongings in a pricey tan leather Hermes Birkin bag. As the weather got chiller, she layered up with a brown cardigan.
The "Shotgun Wedding" actress rocked her signature honey-blonde blowout but appeared to go makeup-free for the house hunt. She shielded her eyes with a pair of designer sunglasses, maintaining her stylish appearance.
While Ben and Affleck have been separated for months now, they are still struggling to offload their marital home, which they have had on the market for 147 days and counting. They bought the property, known as Crestview Manor, in May 2023 for $60.8 million.
The estranged spouses had received a $64 million offer from a couple from New Jersey, but the prospective buyers pulled out of escrow in September following a death in the family. Since then, the property is no longer under contract and can be relisted for sale.
