AceShowbiz - Following the untimely demise of former One Direction member Liam Payne, a harrowing timeline leading up to his fatal accident has emerged. According to prosecutors, Payne embarked on a bender the night before and morning of his death. At 10 P.M. on October 15, he ordered four bottles of whiskey, followed by another five at 6:36 A.M. on October 16.
At 9:32 A.M., Payne allegedly texted friend Rogelio "Roger" Nores, requesting "6 grams," presumedly referring to cocaine. By 2 P.M., he reportedly asked a hotel employee for "another 7 grams for today."
Nores visited Payne at CasaSur Hotel, where the late singer was drinking whisky. However, he left shortly after his arrival, leading to concerns from hotel staff.
At approximately 4 P.M., Payne was described as "visibly drunk," and Nores sent him a text, "How are you?" which went unanswered. Emergency services were called as Payne began breaking items in his room, prompting fears for his safety.
Tragically, it is believed that Payne attempted to escape his locked room by climbing down the balcony, but lost consciousness and fell to his death. An autopsy revealed cranial fracture and internal bleeding.
Payne's father Geoff had previously expressed concerns about his son's drug and alcohol use. He reportedly emphasized the importance of keeping Liam busy and never alone, while suggesting that Nores may have "abandoned" him prior to the accident.
Allegations have also surfaced that Payne fired a bodyguard trying to prevent him from taking drugs.
Authorities are investigating Nores' role in Payne's death, as well as the actions of two men, an alleged drug dealer and hotel employee, who allegedly supplied him with drugs.
