Chelsea O'Donnell, the troubled daughter of Rosie O'Donnell, has been released on $4,000 bond after spending over a month behind bars for drug-related charges.

AceShowbiz - Rosie O'Donnell's troubled daughter, Chelsea O'Donnell, 27, has been released on a $4,000 bond after serving over four weeks in jail since her October 11 arrest. The release occurred after a hearing in Wisconsin on November 12, where the court adjusted Chelsea's previous bond conditions.

Chelsea is required to maintain "absolute sobriety" while out on bond. She is prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia without a valid prescription. Additionally, she must report to the Sheriff's Department for fingerprinting and photographing.

Chelsea's legal troubles began on September 10, when she made a 911 call involving an argument. Police found a meth pipe with meth residue on Chelsea and a marijuana pipe on her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund. A subsequent search of their home revealed a horrific scene of filth and neglect, with rotten food, dirty dishes, and used hygiene products scattered throughout. The couple's 11-month-old son, Atlas, was found sleeping in a bedroom with drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Chelsea was arrested and charged with four felony counts related to drug trafficking, child neglect, and possession of meth and THC. Two weeks later, she was arrested again for possession of meth, bail jumping, and possession of narcotics.

In a statement released after her daughter's arrest, Rosie O'Donnell expressed her concern, stating that Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade. She hoped that her daughter would find a way out of this deadly disease.

Despite her initial refusal to bail Chelsea out, Rosie has reportedly realized the severity of her daughter's addiction issues. A source close to the family revealed that Rosie was in over her head dealing with Chelsea's problems.
