"Nothing is ever really lost," Fox captioned a series of photos, showing her growing baby bump and a positive pregnancy test. "Welcome back." Fox ditched her clothes in her maternity photo, covering her body with black paint instead.

This will be Fox's fourth child. She shares three sons, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green. Kelly is also a father to a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from his previous relationship.

Fox and Kelly have been dating since 2020 and have had their fair share of ups and downs. However, they navigated challenges together, including a miscarriage that Fox revealed in her book of poetry, "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous."

Fox talked about navigating the aftermath of her miscarriage on "Good Morning America," saying, "It was very difficult for both of us... It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately... trying to navigate, 'What does this mean?' and 'Why did this happen?' "
