AceShowbiz - Zendaya Coleman and Robert Pattinson are busy at work for their upcoming joint project. The "Spider-Man: No Way Home" actress and the "Twilight Saga" movies star have been filming A24's "The Drama" in Boston.
As excitement for the duo's collaboration builds up, photos and videos from the set of the film have surfaced online. On Wednesday night, November 6, they were spotted shooting on Beacon Street in Boston.
In one of the clips, Zendaya and Robert, who sported reading glasses, were engrossed in conversation as they walked side-by-side. A pair, who looked like the "Euphoria" star and the "Tenet" actor, were later seen crossing the street while a car passed by.
The duo paused their walk as they were apparently almost hit by the car, which also made a sudden stop. The woman, likely Zendaya, was seen screaming something at the driver of the car, before Robert reached her hand and restrained her from coming closer to the driver.
Another video saw the two stars having a discussion with writer and director Kristoffer Borgli in between takes. For the filming, Zendaya bundled up in a long dark coat with her hair pulled back in a messy updo. Robert, meanwhile, sported a black jacket and gray pants while carrying a black backpack on one of his shoulders.
According to CBS News, flyers were put on the doors of residents near Beacon Street between Arlington Street and Brimmer Street prior to the shooting. It said filming would take place from 4 P.M. to 10 P.M. on Wednesday, November 6. Crews started setting up in the Boston Common and on the street hours before then.
Zendaya's boyfriend Tom Holland apparently joined her in Boston while she's filming the movie. The real-life couple was recently spotted strolling through the city on her day off.
Plot details of "The Drama" remain under wraps, but whispers suggest that the movie will be a romantic story that takes an unexpected and thrilling turn before the couple's wedding day. Mamoudou Athie and Alama Haim also star in it. No release date is set for the romantic movie just yet.
