AceShowbiz - Hayden Panettiere appeared to have shown that she is doing alright. The "Nashville" star, who reportedly sparked concerns among her friends after her brother's death, looked in a good mood in a new sighting.

In a series of pictures that made their rounds online on Tuesday, October 22, it could be seen that the 35-year-old actress was arriving at JFK airport in New York City one day prior. She seemingly was accompanied by an unidentified man, who walked close to her.

Hayden was photographed dragging a medium-sized brown suitcase as she walked among other people. She held her passport, another document and smartphone in her hand while also carrying a black leather handbag. She appeared to be cheerful, flashing her radiant big smile. At one point, she was captured seriously explaining something to the mystery man.

For the airport visit, Hayden opted to wear a comfy all-black outfit. She donned a black crop sweatshirt, which featured a high neck design and two long sleeves, over a matching tee. She also rocked a pair of matching gloves and sweatpants, which came with a pocket on each of their sides.

To add a color variation to the look, the former "Heroes" star put on a pair of white sneakers. She accessorized herself with ear and septum piercings. In addition, she styled her long blonde locks in a sleek high bun while leaving her forehead and neck exposed.

The recent outing came a few weeks after it was reported that Hayden made her friends worried about her returning to work "so soon" after her brother's death. On October 1, a source spilled to In Touch, "She's really struggling as she processes her grief" over his death.

"And this doesn't help," the source continued, seemingly making a reference to Hayden returning to work. The source went on to say, "Friends question whether she should have come back to work so soon."

Previously, Hayden raised concerns about her health with her slurred speech in an interview. During the chat with PEOPLE, she spoke about the death of Jansen and her struggles with addiction. However, her demeanor and speech patterns in the clip caused social media users to speculate that she had relapsed. In response, her representative insisted that "she was not under the influence."
