After receiving 11 nominations, the 'Not Like Us' hitmaker is announced as the winner of eight accolades, which are mostly for his Drake diss track that became a hit.

AceShowbiz - Kendrick Lamar has a reason to celebrate with his loved ones. The 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards has announced its winners, including the "Not Like Us" hitmaker who was revealed as the biggest winner.
The star-studded event, which was held at Drai's Beach Club in Las Vegas, Nevada, aired on Tuesday, October 15 after being pre-recorded on October 8. Kendrick, who is also famous as K.Dot, led the winners list with eight wins after receiving 11 nominations. He was announced as the winner of Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, Song of the Year for his hit "Not Like Us" and Best Hip-Hop Video for the same track among other accolades.
Kendrick, who also came out as the biggest winner at the same show last year, was able to beat Megan Thee Stallion, who was previously unveiled as the most nominated artist. Despite receiving 12 nominations, including Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, the "Girls in the Hood" raptress unfortunately went home empty-handed.
Aside from K.Dot, who won the awards mostly for his Drake diss track, a number of high-profile artists took home some prizes. Among them were Nicki Minaj, who won Hip-Hop Album of the Year for "Pink Friday 2".
Furthermore, fellow raptress Sexyy Red took home the Best Breakthrough Hip-Hop Artist accolade. As for 50 Cent, the 49-year-old rapper/actor won Hustler of the Year after winning the same accolade last year. For the award, he competed against K.Dot, Megan, Drake and other artists.
