AceShowbiz - Liam Payne's ex-fiancee, Maya Henry, has launched legal proceedings against the singer amid a bitter dispute. The 23-year-old model accuses Payne, 31, of bombarding her with messages and emails, as well as contacting her friends and family, including her mother, Azteca Henry.

Henry alleges that Payne has created numerous iCloud accounts to evade detection. She also claims that the singer has been obsessively messaging and contacting her since their breakup in 2022.

In a statement to The Sun, Henry's spokesperson said that a cease and desist letter was issued to Payne following "the emergence of new and concerning information." She has retained attorneys Marco Crawford and Daniel Cerna to represent her.

The legal action comes after Henry publicly accused Payne of contacting her and her friends on social media without her consent. She also claims that he has manipulated One Direction fans to vilify her.

Payne has made no public comment on the allegations. However, a source close to the singer told MailOnline that "Liam is very upset by these allegations and denies any wrongdoing."

The feud between Payne and Henry has escalated in recent weeks. In a TikTok video, Henry claimed that Payne had previously told her that Zayn Malik, his former One Direction bandmate, allegedly threw him up a wall backstage. Malik has not commented on the allegation.

Payne's split from Henry and the subsequent legal action have raised questions about his personal life. He is currently dating Kate Cassidy and has a son with ex-girlfriend Cheryl Cole.
