Making use of TikTok over the weekend, Maya responded to a video from a fan encouraging users on the platform to discuss "who we think threw Liam Payne up a wall." Maya then shared her insight into the boyband's history and revealed that Zayn Malik was the one who threw Liam against a wall.

"OK, I see this all the time, everywhere," Naya said in a duet video. "I've heard this insufferable story so many times, and he told me it was Zayn, so," she shared, ending fans' curiosity.

Maya's candid remarks have earned mixed reactions from One Direction fans, with one person writing, "and we all say 'thank you maya' in unison." Another grateful fan penned, "I can't believe I lived long enough to finally know who threw him up the wall."
