AceShowbiz - Leonardo DiCaprio wants no part of Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' legal drama. The Hollywood star has distanced himself from the embattled hip-hop mogul following the latter's arrest in alleged sex crimes.
After pictures reemerged of the Oscar-winning actor at one of the rapper's notorious White Parties, a source close to Leo says that he has not been in touch with Diddy "for years." The "Titanic" star apparently also denies that he ever attended Diddy's "freak offs" despite once being the "number one person" on Diddy's White Party invitation list.
The source tells Daily Mail, "Leonardo DiCaprio has absolutely nothing to do with any of this." The source admits, "He attended a few of his parties back in the early 2000s - but literally everyone did," before insisting, "They were not freak offs."
"They were big house parties. Leo was at the start of his career at the time and has moved way past his partying," the source further argues. "He has nothing to do with any of that world, so for anyone to assume that he will get roped into this based on a few grainy photos that are more than 20 years old is ridiculous."
Amid Diddy's legal woes, "Leo is focused on his career and his relationship and is not at all thinking about Diddy's federal case, which he has nothing to do with," the source shares.
Pictures of Diddy's White Party, which was attended by Leo, resurfaced online following the Bad Boy Records founder's arrest on September 16. He is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
During a court appearance at a Manhattan federal courthouse on September 17, Diddy pled not guilty, but he was denied bail. He remains being held behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after he was denied bail for the second time.
