On Tuesday, September 17, The U.S. Sun revealed what happened when the 27-year-old model and the 40-year-old Russian-American choreographer were in rehearsals for their appearance on "Dancing with the Stars". Speaking to the media outlet, a source, who claimed to be close to her, spilled what they saw when the two practiced together.
The source said, "I think she's joking but who knows they could be serious. I mean the way he looks at her I'd think that he was in love with her too. He seems enamored by her in rehearsals and just getting to know each other after practice."
The insider went on to share about Brooks and Gleb's interaction, "They haven't hooked up yet or anything but they're very flirty, very touchy feely. I mean VERY touchy feely they really seem comfortable with each other."
The insider continued, "She said she's never been with a dancer before so the closeness physically and mentally has been new for her and is electric for their chemistry in a way she's not experienced," adding, "It's still early in the season and she's single so everyone that knows her is encouraging it, she seems attracted to him."
The revelation came after Gleb shut down speculations suggesting that he has something more than a friendship with his "Dancing with the Stars" partner Brooks. Speaking to TMZ on Thursday, September 12, he said that they are "just friends."
Despite gushing over Brooks for being "cool and fun," Gleb told the media outlet that "he's not into her romantically." The professional dancer, who previously appeared on the U.K., Australian and Russian versions of the show, further claimed that "he's not focused on dating anyone right now."
Brooks and Gleb sparked romance rumors following their PDA-filled outing on September 4. At that time, the two famous figures put on a loved-up display when they were out and about in New York City. While sitting side-by-side at an outdoor restaurant, she wrapped her hand around the ballroom dancer, who was bursting into laughter.
