Sharing their last memory together, Video God gives a behind-the-scenes look at the music video he filmed with the Houston legend on Sunday, August 11, just four days before he passed away.

AceShowbiz - BeatKing's sudden passing has taken many people, including his friends and fans, aback. One of those still reeling from the news was Video God, who filmed a music video with the late rapper just a few days before BeatKing's passing.
After the sad news emerged on Thursday, August 15, Video God took to his Instagram page to share their last memory together. In several videos posted on his feed and Stories, he gave a behind-the-scenes look at the music video shoot.
BeatKing looked healthy and upbeat during the filming, with Video God confirming, "Dam we had a ball at the video shoot." The content creator additionally gushed over the Houston legend in the caption of his post, "DAM @clubgodzilla #trueprofessional peaceful and respectful. Great working with you Sunday . #rip #clubgod #texas #htown."
Lil Duval also recalled his time with BeatKing in the wake of his passing. "When i was on tour in Houston in April he came up to me and showed me this tweet then said 'this tweet helped me out a lot at that time' i said 'cool come to duval day' he said 'say less' and he drove all the way down from Houston and on the way caught a flat and didn't make it to the day party but he still came to the afterparty," he wrote on his own Instagram page.
He continued, "Then i saw this morning he was in Atlanta with my friend @videogod shooting a music video. But i couldn't pull up cuz im in Jacksonville. Next thing i know i hear he passed There's very few genuine people in this business but he was one of them."
Erica Banks also mourned BeatKing's passing. She wrote on her Story, "f**k You were so full of life man, so funny, so cool. Thank you for being a major part of my journey. Love you bruh."
Justin "BeatKing" Riley, also known as Club Godzilla, passed away on August 15 at 39. His manager Tasha Felder released a heartfelt statement via social media, "Today, August 15, 2024, we have lost @clubgodzilla. BeatKing has been the best part of the club for over a decade. He has produced and worked with so many artists, that his sound will forever live. He loved his daughters @clubgodparenting, his music, and his fans. We will love him forever."
Houston's 97.9 The Box, where BeatKing was considered family, also expressed their grief, stating, "Our hearts are heavy with the news that BeatKing, family to us here at 97.9 The Box and Radio ONE Houston, has passed away. This is a developing story, but we are sending our love to his loved ones, friends, peers, and the whole city of Houston. We love you, BeatKing."
The cause of his death has not been disclosed yet, but sources close to him say that it may have been due to health-related issues.
