AceShowbiz - Tamar Braxton declares her new relationship status on her social media account. Hinting at split from Jeremy Robinson a.k.a. JR, the singer shockingly revealed on Twitter that she's now "single."
Tamar made the confession on Sunday, August 11. The "Braxton Family Values" wrote on X, formerly Twitter, "Y'all I'm going through it. I'm single and sad and this tv s**t is a lot," seemingly referring to her family's new TV show "The Braxtons".
Fans didn't seem to be surprised by the revelation and blamed Tamar for the separation. "Because YOU are the PROBLEM , GO HEAL. You aren't sad because you're single, you're sad because you're walking around with unhealed trauma and so it HURTS TO BE ALONE! You are a WHOLE Mother, fo give YOUR SON THAT LOVE AND ATTENTION!" one Instagram user said.
Trolling the "All the Way Home" songstress, one other wrote, "Cry for attention 1,543,987 or 1,543,986? I've lost count at this point." Someone else advised Tamar to "keep the next relationship a secret until you're married. All the eyes and opinions don't help."
Echoing the sentiment, one wrote, "I want her to stop posting this shyt on social media… He doesn't even deserve this type of attention. She needs to go back to therapy." Some others urged Tamar to just let JR go, with one saying, "Tamar please for the love of God leave that YT man alone." Another noted, "I'm so tired of the back and forth over this White man."
Meanwhile, Tamar's new tweet came only three days after she and JR attended "The Braxtons" premiere at Westside Cultural Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia. For the August 8 event, Tamar donned a blue-and-white pattern top that she paired with a black skirt. JR, on the other hand, joined her while wearing a blue suit with a black shirt underneath.
"The Braxtons" premiered on August 9 on WeTV. "The fierce Braxton women reunite for the first time since the loss of their beloved sister, Traci, offering viewers a raw and unfiltered look at the family's highs and lows across eight captivating episodes," the official logline read. "Toni, Towanda, Trina, Tamar and Ms. E navigate careers, health challenges and busy personal lives while growing their family bond."
It continued, "Toni faces a critical health challenge as she prepares for her Vegas comeback. Trina starts therapy for PTSD. Towanda battles alopecia. Tamar focuses on her wellness journey. And Ms. E's cooking show dream is becoming a reality. However, the family reuniting continues to bring up questions and unresolved issues. Will Traci's last wish be enough for the family to be close again, as they once were?"
