AceShowbiz - Bruce Willis' family has rallied around him as he faces his health challenges. Despite the challenges, his wife Emma Heming is sharing heartwarming glimpses of their family's love and support.
On the Fourth of July, Heming posted adorable photos of their daughters Mabel and Evelyn celebrating the holiday in cowboy hats and snow boots, despite their father's illness. "Happy 4th of July!" she captioned the post. "And if you don't have cowboy boots, just put your snow boots on, it's fine."
Heming also recently celebrated her 46th birthday, reminiscing about how Bruce used to pamper her on her special day. "Bruce would call it my 'birthday month,' " she wrote. "There's still a few days left of June and I'm going to ride this baby out till the end!"
This week, Heming also commemorated her 15th wedding anniversary with Willis. "Today, I can make a choice. I can wallow in sorrow or I can celebrate it," she wrote on Instagram. "I call this the 'remarkable reframe.' What I know is there is so much to celebrate."
Heming added that their bond is "probably stronger than ever" and that she is "so proud of what we have and continue to create."
Bruce Willis was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022 and frontotemporal dementia in 2023. His entire family, including his first wife Demi Moore and their daughters, has supported him throughout his journey.
Despite the challenges they face, Heming has emphasized the importance of finding joy and connection. "There is grief and sadness. There's all of that," she said. "But you start a new chapter. That chapter is filled … with love. It's filled with connection. It's filled with joy. It's filled with happiness. That's where we are."
