AceShowbiz - Lisa Vanderpump has sadly lost her father, John Vanderpump. When announcing the devastating news, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum lamented being left "broken-hearted" by his dad's passing.
Making use of Instagram on Wednesday, July 3, the 63-year-old shared a picture of the father-daughter duo outdoors. I will miss you daddy …Broken-hearted," she captioned it. "Rest in peace."
In the snap, Lisa could be seen standing next to her father on a lush green walkway. She looked sharp in a white button-up, black slacks a long coat and a Chanel purse. Her dad, meanwhile, donned a checkered top and navy blue pants.
Many have since offered their condolences. One in particular was Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid's father, Mohamed Hadid, who commented, "Gold bless him. And open the gates of heaven wide open for an easy entry. He left an amazing legacy in you, Lisa Vanderpump."
Actor Mario Lopez sent out two red heart emojis. "Vanderpump Rules" star Scheana Shay penned, "So sorry for your loss Lisa. Sending you lots of love." Teresa Giudice of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" added, "So sorry for your loss."
It remains unknown how old John was at the time of his death. The late ad agency art director shared his daughter Lisa with his late wife, Jean, who passed away in June 2019 at 84.
When offering a tribute to her mom, Lisa penned on X, formerly Twitter, at the time, "As you go to RIP with Mark, mummy." She was referring to her brother, Mark Vanderpump, who died from a drug overdose at 59.
"A tragic year for sure. I thank all of you for your beautiful messages and words of kindness," she continued. "Life is so fragile and I have no time for negativity."
