AceShowbiz - Brie Larson and Alexandra Daddario, attending the Filming Italy 2024 press conference in Cagliari, Italy, unintentionally matched in a black and white polka-dotted dress from Doen. The 1950s-inspired design, featuring a sweetheart neckline, spaghetti straps, and a flowy A-line skirt, retails for $498.
Each actress accessorized the dress differently. Larson opted for sophistication with black strappy heels, diamond earrings, and a red clutch, while Daddario chose a more casual look with white sneakers and a straw purse. Despite the potential awkwardness, the duo embraced the moment, posing together for photos with John David Washington and others on the red carpet.
Larson is known for her on-screen twinning, as she and Marvel co-star Scarlett Johansson once wore their own versions of Infinity Gauntlets to an "Avengers: Endgame" premiere. Daddario has also showcased her love for polka dots on previous occasions.
The Filming Italy festival, which runs through Sunday, will feature over 70 international and Italian films, TV series, and documentaries. Other stars attending the event include Katie Holmes, Bo Derek, Harvey Keitel, Kate Beckinsale and Matt Bomer.
