Addressing a confusing image which many believe to feature the number '666,' the 'Every Little Thing' songstress declares on her social media post that she's 'a devout Christian.'

AceShowbiz - Carly Pearce has proudly spoken on her religious beliefs after she's accused of supporting satan. The country music singer and songwriter has been forced to defend herself after her recent social media post sparked confusion among some people, who thought she featured a satanic reference.
Addressing the speculation on X, formerly known as Twitter, the 34-year-old wrote on Wednesday, June 12, "I've seen too many comments about this being some sort of 'hint' towards 666 or satan to not comment."
"First of all, this was the parking spot for my tour bus at CMA fest & I believe it is 668," she clarified the number featured in one of her recent photos. "I am a devout Christian who takes PRIDE in using my platform to point people towards JESUS."
"So, for anyone wondering... there are absolutely ZERO underlying messages except a girl excited to be playing the big stage," she concluded.
The allegation arose after Carly shared a few images from her performance at CMA Fest earlier this month. One of the pictures saw her standing on ground marked with "668," but the final digit was obscured, leading some to think it said "666," which many assume is a reference to satan.
"CMA Fest, you were magical. It's still so surreal to me that I get to be a part of it the way that I do," Carly captioned the initial post featuring the aforementioned photo. "Over 25 years of country music dreams lived out on the stage last night. #CMAfest."
Following Carly's clarification, her loyal fans and supporters have come to her defense. "Sweet Jesus.....do not mess with mama bear.... rule #1 in survival of the strongest.......," one of her followers wrote. "Congrats Mam, beautiful smile and an incredible voice! Tips hat. Your story in a song mam...put a smile on a heart people recognize."
"The song with you and Matthew West is amazing don't pay attention to this nonsense people on social media will come up with all kinds of crap," another commented. Someone else quipped, "I think they got confused with a few pop stars. Amen Carly!"
