The proceeds, which have now surpassed $555,000, will be distributed among Palestinian, Congolese, and Sudanese families.

The singer expressed her gratitude on Instagram, stating, "Me & my team feel overwhelmed with gratitude for yall showing out for this fundraiser. We're blessed to play a small part in a growing tide towards the truth about Palestine."

Kehlani's support for Palestine has been consistent. In May, she released the music video for "Next 2 U", which featured a message of protection and support for the people of Gaza. The T-shirts sold as part of the merch line were made in Bethlehem and screen-printed in Ramallah, on the West Bank.

In addition to supporting Palestinian families amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict, the proceeds from the merch sales will also benefit families in Sudan, which is experiencing a civil war, and Congo, which is facing attacks by armed rebel groups. Kehlani stated, "This song is about protection, something that institutions have failed to do for the people of Palestine, Congo, and Sudan. No one got us the way we got each other."
