AceShowbiz - Hailey Bieber's (Hailey Baldwin) life doesn't revolve around Selena Gomez. A new report suggested that the model wasn't shading the actress in her controversial Instagram post, but it was directed to Sabrina Carpenter instead.

In the said post, Hailey reshared a Spotify photo of her listening to Beyonce Knowles' new rendition of Dolly Parton's "Jolene". "Whew," so the wife of Justin Bieber captioned the image.

On the song, which is included in Queen Bey's new album "Cowboy Carter", the Grammy winner sings, "Please don't take him just because you can." Fans initially believed that Hailey was throwing shade at Selena, who used to date Justin, but a Reddit user brought another theory regarding the post.

The person insinuated that Hailey tried to copy Sabrina's look by posting a side-by-side photo of them. In a July 23, 2023 photo, the "Nonsense" singer could be seen posing in a tiny white silk dress and blue fur cropped jacket. She completed her style with sheer tights and black knee-high leather boots.

Hailey seemed to try to recreate the look in a photo shared just two months ago. The Rhode Skin founder wore a similar white silk dress, fur jacket and black knee-high boots. Even the angle was similar. "I don't think Jolene was aimed at Selena…," the user wrote. "I just feel like she's obsessing over someone different now."

Upon catching wind of the post, some other Internet users shared their mixed responses. "This is wild… she's got over a decade of doing this… I understand when you're younger, you're still trying to find yourself and may even admire or be inspired by someone else's style and want to emulate them, but this is straight-up behavior mimicry and is stalking," one said.

"Hailey's found her next victim - yikes," someone else commented. A third user added, "She spends so much time obsessing over and emulating other women that she probably doesn't even know who she is anymore."

The new theory emerged after Justin and Sabrina started following each other on Instagram. Fans speculated that the "Ghost" hitmaker was preparing a collaboration with the songstress, who is rumored to be dating Barry Keoghan.

Justin has been rumored to release new music this year. A source recently claimed that the "Peaches" singer would treat his listeners to new music after a blog mentioned Justin in a note featuring names of artists whose music projects are "coming soon."

One of the lines in the note read, "TBA by Justin Bieber." The blog additionally revealed that Justin "will be revisiting" his 2013 album, which is titled "Journals", "on a new scale."
