AceShowbiz - Kanye West has revealed an embarrassing incident involving Safaree Samuels, Nicki Minaj's ex-boyfriend, during the recording of his 2010 album "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy".
In an interview with Big Boy TV, Kanye, 46, admitted that he was unaware of Safaree's relationship with Nicki when he asked him about a possible threesome with him and his then-girlfriend, Amber Rose.
"We didn't really know they was together ... I'm like 'Yo Safaree, You think Nicki will let me and Amber hit? Like she said?' This her man," Kanye recalled.
The request was inspired by Nicki's verse on Kanye's song "Monster", which included the line, "I think me, you and Amber should ménage Friday."
Safaree confirmed the conversation on social media, adding laughing emojis.
Kanye's relationship with Amber, 40, ended in 2010, the same year he released "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy." Amber has since described the breakup as a difficult time, saying, "I'm famous, and I'm broke. I can't date anyone else. I can't say anything on the Internet because Kanye has such a voice. If I was going to kill myself, I would have done it during those times."
Following their split, Kanye began dating Kim Kardashian in 2012 while Amber was married to rapper Wiz Khalifa in 2013. After their respective breakups, Amber dated Alexander "A.E." Edwards, but the relationship ended in 2021 due to alleged infidelity.
