AceShowbiz - Jennifer Hudson and Common prove that their relationship remains solid after more than one year together. The pair, who have been tight-lipped about their romance, have flaunted rare PDA during their latest date night.

On Wednesday, January 17, the duo stepped out to watch an NBA game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Mavericks. They were seen walking hand-in-hand as they entered the Crypto.com Arena.

The couple had front-row seats and were seen smiling and chatting during the game. They were greeting their fans and waving their hands to people in the audience who chanted their names. The singer/actress even introduced her boyfriend to another couple sitting beside her.

For the outing, the "Dreamgirls" star kept herself warm in a black leather jacket over a cream-colored pullover and animal print hand gloves. She also carried what looks like a purple fur purse, while sporting red lips.

Common, meanwhile, kept it casual in a gray puffer vest over a white pullover and a quilt-patterned pair of trousers. Both the rapper and his girlfriend were matching in their Nike kicks.

Jennifer and Common were first linked to each other in 2022, when they were spotted out and about together. It's believed that they got close after meeting on the set of "Breathe", an upcoming action thriller film in which they are starring.

She, however, didn't immediately confirm their relationship. When pressed about the dating rumors, she told Entertainment Tonight, "People create their narratives of it and it's like, OK, you know, how you feel. We shot a film together and he played my husband. We gotta eat in between those moments."

While Jennifer and Common try to keep their relationship away from the spotlight, the "American Idol" alum recently gushed about her romantic relationship without mentioning her partner's name. "I am very happy, yes, ma'am. Boo'ed up? I think it's more sophisticated than boo'ed up ... Definitely not an entanglement. That's for sure," she told "CBS Mornings" in November 2023.
