AceShowbiz - Lenny Hochstein has accused Lisa Hochstein of cheating amid their ugly divorce. One day after filing a defamation lawsuit against his estranged wife, the Miami-based plastic surgeon alleged that the star of "The Real Housewives of Miami" was unfaithful during their marriage.
On Saturday, December 2, the 57-year-old went public with his claim via Instagram Story. Over a black screen, he wrote, "Lisa was well aware and knew we were getting a divorce and already had a divorce attorney on retainer when I shared with her that I plan on asking my now-fiancee out on a date for the first time."
Lenny went on to write, "Despite Lisa's ongoing smear campaign and trying to paint me in the light of a cheater and my fiancee as a mistress, these claims are completely false. There was no blindside, Katharina is in no way responsible for the end of my marriage and the decision to leave Lisa."
The surgeon further elaborated, "I was especially disheartened by the fact that she bragged about her ongoing affair at the time on multiple instances." He mentioned that it happened "days before our daughter was born and on our 10 year wedding anniversary."
In follow-up Stories, Lenny uploaded screenshots of Lisa's Instagram Direct Message with a friend, showing that Lisa cheated on him. Some of Lisa's messages reportedly read, "I can't wait to find my new man. My new boyfriend. Im [going] to have my first affair. I can't wait."
The cheating accusation came shortly after Lenny filed a defamation lawsuit against Lisa. He submitted the legal documents on Friday, December 1 and is seeking damages up to $100,000 as well as attorneys' fees. In the docs, he explained that he was not abusive to Lisa and did not cause an injury on her arm.
Lenny reportedly wrote, "It came about because [Lisa] as usual was yelling at and berating [Lenny] when he came home from work, as she did almost daily telling him how he never does anything right, so [Lenny] attempted to walk away and started walking up the stairs and [Lisa] walked in front of [him] going backwards up the stairs so she could continue yelling in [his] face and [she] lost her balance and fell on a stair."
In contrast, Lisa claimed via Instagram Story on November 22, "I'm being threatened and harassed through the court system and through 'others' by Lenny and it needs to stop. This was almost 2 weeks old from last season." She added, "You may have caught this bruise on the episode when I opened up to the women on the show about the divorce."
