AceShowbiz - Lisa Hochstein and her former partner, Jody Glidden, have recently been implicated in a legal controversy involving allegations of secretly recording conversations of Lenny Hochstein.
According to court documents, the pair is accused of violating Florida law by intercepting private communications in March 2023, at a time when tensions between Lisa Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein were escalating amid their divorce proceedings. The recordings are said to include conversations between Lenny Hochstein and other individuals connected to the divorce case.
Last month, Glidden was briefly detained in Miami Beach in relation to these charges. Both Lisa Hochstein and Glidden’s attorneys have denied any criminal wrongdoing, asserting that the matter should be handled within family court rather than through criminal prosecution. Their legal counsel stated, "This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court."
This latest development follows earlier accusations from Lenny Hochstein, who claimed that Lisa Hochstein had planted a listening device in his vehicle to gather information about their ongoing divorce. At that time, Lenny Hochstein argued these alleged recordings compromised the fairness of the legal process, while Lisa Hochstein publicly dismissed the claims as "nonsense" in 2023.
The couple finalized their divorce in late 2024 after a 12-year marriage. They share two children, a son named Logan and a daughter named Elle, and endured a lengthy and highly publicized legal battle before reaching their final settlement.
Subsequently, Lisa Hochstein began a relationship with Jody Glidden, which ended quietly earlier this year. The new charges have added another layer of complexity to the already fraught situation between all parties involved.
