AceShowbiz - Kate Beckinsale arrived as a sexy flight attendant at Vas J Morgan's Halloween party in Delilah, West Hollywood on Tuesday, October 31. The "Total Recall" actress' moment, however, was ruined when she took a tumble in her towering stilettos while leaving the bash.

For her look that night, Kate slipped into a black mini dress with a red lapel. The 50-year-old beauty completed her transformation with thigh-high black stockings, a vintage beret and a small box purse.

She also carried a tray of drinks and a barf bag with "Passenger Vomit" written on it. As for her makeup, Kate opted for red lipstick that she paired with her voluminous ponytail.

While the look was perfect, apparently it wasn't easy to pull off. The "Underworld" star fell on her back when she made her way to her waiting SUV. In a picture circulating online, some people could be seen coming to her aid as the British beauty looked embarrassed by the mishap.

Despite the tumble, Kate is no stranger to wearing ultra-high heels. Back in September, she turned heads as she wore a skimpy, lace-embellished bodysuit and an enormous wide-brim hat to Zodiac Ball in Los Angeles.

Not stopping there, the hat featured a flowing gold veil that reached the floor. The actress paired the jaw-dropping Tony Ward Couture ensemble with sky-high golden heels that matched her entire look at the charity event.

That aside, Kate previously made it clear that she hasn't done a plastic surgery despite her youthful appearance. "no threads no thread lift no Botox no laser no nose job no filler," she said. However, she admitted to getting "facials with prp to boost collagen and micro current for skin tightening and oxygen. I probably would try laser but I'm a bit scared . Haven't so far."

When a fan insinuated that she was lying, Kate quickly clapped back at the commenter, "I haven't had a facelift or filler or Botox. I'm not lying and I don't have to accept people accusing me of things I haven't done."
