The engagement rumors emerge after the physical therapist appeared to wear an engagement ring during an outing with the 76-year-old 'Terminator' actor in London.

AceShowbiz - The wedding bells are not ringing for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heather Milligan just yet. While recent reports suggested that the Hollywood icon and his physical therapist girlfriend are engaged, a new one shut down the claims.
Sources told TMZ that the couple is not engaged, despite the speculations. The engagement rumors emerged after Heather appeared to wear an engagement ring. The 48-year-old sported the massive sparkler when she and Arnie exited the private members-only club Annabel's in London on Tuesday night, October 24.
During the outing, "Terminator: Dark Fate" actor, who was there to promote his new book "Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life", opted to wear a black blazer layered over a T-shirt and jeans. As for Heather, she was dressed in a crystal-encrusted bolero, black slacks and nude pumps.
Arnold and Heather met after the former needed shoulder surgery for his film "Escape Plan". "I said, 'I got to go do this movie, and I bring a lot of punches and I have fights with [Sylvester Stallone] and I want to have my act together,' " the former bodybuilder shared in an interview with PEOPLE back in September.
"And so he says, 'There's only one [person], it's Heather - any athlete, I always send them to her, because she's the only one that really knows what they're talking about.' So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next," he added.
Arnold also talked about having "so many things in common" with Heather, who owns the Los Angeles-based clinic Elite OrthoSport. "I think the world of her. I love that she's into working. She's clearly independent. She just is driven as hell," he said.
Prior to dating Heather, Arnold was married to Maria Shriver, who filed for divorce from him in 2011 after he fathers son Joseph Baena with their longtime housekeeper Mildred Patricia Baena. The former spouses finalized their divorce in 2021.
"[The divorce] was very, very difficult in the beginning," he admitted to The Hollywood Reporter back in May. Arnold, who shares four children with Maria, added, "Eventually, you move on. I have a wonderful girlfriend, Heather Milligan, who is very successful. I'm really proud of her, and I love her."
