Attending the New York City premiere of 'Dead Reckoning Part One', the White Widow depicter cannot help but burst into laughter as she adjusts the strap of her slipping dress.

AceShowbiz - Vanessa Kirby has handled a wardrobe malfunction like a pro. When attending the New York City premiere of "Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One", the actress playing White Widow in the action film came close to exposing her chest, but managed to quickly fix her near fashion faux pas.

The mishap occurred when the 35-year-old beauty made an appearance at the Rose Theater in New York City on Monday, July 10. When she posed in front of cameras on the red carpet, one of the thin straps of her dress slipped down from her shoulder to the point that her chest was nearly exposed.

Once she caught on the near blunder, the actress famous as Princess Margaret on "The Crown" calmly adjusted the position of her strap. The moment, however, was captured and the pictures made its way online. In one, she could be seen handling her fashion emergency by covering part of her chest with one hand while laughing.

Vanessa also did not lose her composure on the red carpet. She quickly returned posing with smiles after the near malfunction. At one point, she was even captured laughing with one of her co-stars, Rebecca Ferguson, as they made their way to the movie premiere.

For the occasion, Vanessa looked elegant in a flowy champagne-colored satin dress. Her sleeveless dress came with two spaghetti straps, and she paired it with connected fingerless black gloves that covered her hands up to her elbows. She added a pair of sparkling golden earrings and parted her straight long hair to the side.

Vanessa's fashion emergency came a few weeks after she shared her two cents on the seventh installment of "Mission: Impossible". In a June 20 interview with Collider, she spilled, "I think when you look at this movie, it really defines what I think about cinema and why because you look at this kind of cast, you look at a brilliant ensemble cast, and this kind of story is very engrossing."
