One female server at the 2023 PEN America Spring Literary Gala, who 'was probably in her late 20s or early 30s,' was reportedly shocked after the '30 Rock' alum 'verbally berated' her at the event.

AceShowbiz - Alec Baldwin reportedly "scolded" a female server at the 2023 PEN America Spring Literary Gala. The incident happened on Thursday, May 18.
It all started when the 65-year-old stood up to chat with someone. A couple of minutes later, "the line of servers [came] all at once to deliver the meals."
One female server, who "was probably in her late 20s or early 30s," was stuck behind Alec because he was standing and talking. A source additionally told Page Six, "Then, when she could pass, she started putting plates on the table."
"I guess he didn't like that she did that with him standing there," said the insider. That's when the "Saturday Night Live" alum allegedly started "scolding her."
After the alleged incident, the said server was overheard telling someone at the event, "I don't know why he yelled at me." The informant further elaborated, "I'm guessing he felt it was rude of her to start putting plates down while he was standing there.
That aside, Alec had something to celebrate recently after "Rust" shooting charges against him were dropped. The "30 Rock" star was previously facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who was killed on the set of the western film in October 2021 when a prop gun the actor was holding went off striking her.
Alec was originally facing up to five years in prison, which was later dropped to 18 months. A source told The Wall Street Journal there was new evidence suggesting the gun could have been fired without pulling the trigger. The FBI had dismissed Alec's claim that he did not pull the trigger, but the insider insisted the gun was modified before it reached the "Rust" set in New Mexico to allow it to fire a bullet without the trigger being pulled.
