When talking about 'Fast X' on the red carpet of Time Women of the Year Gala, the original cast of 'West Side Story' jokes about the height difference between her and the 'Aquaman' actor.

AceShowbiz - Rita Moreno revealed the hilarious struggles she faced while working with Jason Momoa. When talking about her experience filming "Fast X", the actress playing Anita in 1961's "West Side Story" pointed out the noticeable height difference between her and the actor she dubbed "the world's tallest person."

The 91-year-old star from the Golden Age of Hollywood made the disclosure when interviewed on the red carpet of Time Women of the Year Gala on Wednesday, March 8. She told E! News with a chuckle, "Jason Momoa is the world's tallest person."

Rita went on to recall, "When I met him while I was there doing the film in England, I was actually talking to his belt. That man is so damn tall, literally." She further elaborated, "I mean he's like way up here and you're sort of looking at his belt and then go, 'Hey, it's me, Rita.' "

Jason was not the only co-star Rita also talked about during the interview. When asked if she exchanged texts with any of her co-stars, the former star of "One Day at a Time" spilled, "I'm a text buddy of Ludacris and a couple of other people that I think is surprising."

Co-stars aside, the EGOT winner talked about her role in the 10th installment in the "Fast and Furious" franchise which she could not help but feel proud of. Referencing actor Vin Diesel who played Dominic "Dom" Toretto, she gushed, "Can you believe it? I'm his grammy. I'm Vin's Grammy."

Back in late January, it was revealed that Rita got her role in "Fast X" thanks to her grandson, Justin Fisher. During a red carpet interview at the premiere of "80 For Brady", Justin first spilled to ET, "[Vin and I] caught up and grabbed drinks after the event, and he's so fond of my grandma."

Justin went on recalling what he told Vin as he explained, "I told him, 'You should work with her. You should have her be your grandma, have her slap you upside the head. Have her have a little tone, because you know her, it's all tone.'"

"Fast X" is due out in cinemas on May 19. In addition to Rita, Jason, Vin and Ludacris, the action film directed by Louis Leterrier also features Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron and Brie Larson in the cast ensemble.
