The 'Super Freaky Girl' hitmaker's former manager gets candid in a new interview about how he lost his role as her manager after she allegedly screamed at him before she blew up into a megastar.

AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj apparently had anger management issues in the past. The Trinidadian raptress' former manager Sickamore has recalled the time she allegedly scolded him for a photo shoot early in her career that didn't go as planned.

During a conversation with Saigon and Mobb Deep's Havoc for VladTV, Sickamore discussed working with the "Super Bass" raptress when she first started in the hip-hop industry. According to the music executive, the raptress had a photo shoot with VIBE magazine, but when she got to the location, there was no trailer for her to change in. She was obviously upset and called Sickamore to figure out what was going on but he handled it in a cocky manner that led to him quitting the job right before she blew up into a megastar.

"She had this VIBE magazine shoot, you know, it's like a two-page spread, and she had a diner, and she got to the place, and I wasn't there, and she didn't have no trailer," Sickamore recounted. "She had to change in the bathroom, and she called me like flipping out, as she should, and then I was cocky. I was like, 'Man, I don't need all of this. Just don't worry about it, you can find your own manager.' "

Sickamore continued, "So she calls me back, she gave me an opportunity, she's like, 'Are you sure? Like, you sure you know what you're doing?' And I'm like, 'Yeah, my own mother don't talk to me like this. I'm not going to let anybody talk to me like this.' " He added, "So we handled business. It was like a little bit of money or whatever. We cleaned that up, next thing I know, 'Super Bass', and I was just like, 'God damn.' "

Sickamore took a liking to Nicki as early as 2006 and ended up serving as her manager from 2007 to 2008. After he quit, the "Super Freaky Girl" femcee hired Gucci Mane's former manager Deb Antney for the role and her career took off from there.

With over 10-plus years in the game, Nicki is still continuing to grow. In the latest episode of Queen Radio, she announced the launch of her very own record label. During the broadcast of the Amazon Amp show, which made its return after a nearly two-year hiatus, the 40-year-old rap star also shared the roster of new artists she has signed.

Joining the new imprint are London Hill, Tate Kobang, Rico Danna and Ghanaian singer-songwriter Nana Fofie. Nicki said she would unveil the intended name of the label in the upcoming episode of Queen Radio.
