AceShowbiz - More winners were announced at the 29th Screen Actors Guild Awards, which took place on Sunday, February 26. Among the big winners on the evening were Jason Bateman and Jennifer Coolidge, who took home best actor and actress in a drama series awards respectively.

Jason was presented with the trophy for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series for his performance on "Ozark". He bested fellow nominees, including Jonathan Banks ("Better Call Saul"), Jeff Bridges ("The Old Man"), Bob Odenkirk ("Better Call Saul") and Adam Scott ("Severance").

Meanwhile, Jennifer snagged the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series, thanks to her stunning performance on "The White Lotus". She won over Elizabeth Debicki ("The Crown"), Julia Garner ("Ozark"), Laura Linney ("Ozark") and Zendaya Coleman ("Euphoria"). The show also celebrated its victory in the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

The night also saw Andrew Garfield presenting Sally Field with a Life Achievement Award. "I worked my whole life. In all of these almost 60 years, there is not a day that I don't feel quietly thrilled to be called an actor," the "Forrest Gump" actress said during her speech.

In the 2023 SAG Awards, actor Ke Huay Quan made history for being the first Asian actor to win Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for his appearance in "Everything Everywhere All at Once". This was another win for the movie after Michelle Yeoh won Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role and Jamie Lee Curtis nabbed Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.

Also among the winners at the event was Jeremy Allen White, who was named as the best actor in a comedy series for his performance on "The Bear". It was also a big night for the cast of "Abbott Elementary" as they won Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

Brendan Fraser was additionally one of the celebrated actors that night. The actor was presented with one of big gongs, Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role, for "The Whale".
