During her appearance on SiriusXM's 'The Howard Stern Show', the 'Just Give Me a Reason' hitmaker says that she's a longtime fan of the Queen of Pop though they're not on the friendliest terms.

AceShowbiz - Pink has gotten candid about her nature of relationship with fellow pop star Madonna. In a new interview, the "Just Give Me a Reason" hitmaker alleged that Madge "doesn't like" her after they had an awkward encounter on "Live with Regis and Kelly" nearly 20 years ago.

"Some people just don't like me," the 43-year-old singer admitted on SiriusXM's "The Howard Stern Show" on Wednesday, February 22. She went on adding, "I'm a polarizing individual."

When host Howard Stern pointed out that Madonna is also a "polarizing individual," Pink agreed but added that she grew up being the Queen of Pop's biggest fan. "F**k, I loved her," she said.

Pink explained that Madonna's beef with her started behind the scenes of their appearance on the morning talk show in November 2003. "She tried to kind of play me on 'Regis and Kelly' and I'm not the one, so [it] didn't work out," she said coyly before Howard prompted her to further explain.

"It's just such a silly story. I f**king love Madonna, and I love her no matter what. I still love her no matter what. She was such an inspiration to me, but it sort of got twisted around that I was, like, fangirling and was dying to meet Madonna when in actuality she invited me into her dressing room," Pink recalled. "And so I just said a joke when Regis [Philbin] brought me out and said, 'I heard you were just falling over yourself backstage. How does it feel?' I'm like, 'I thought she wanted to meet me.' "

However, Pink said that she thinks the joke did not sit well with Madge. "It didn't work out. It didn't work out for us," the "Trustfall" songstress recounted, with Howard interjecting, "Madonna took the joke personally." The radio host then joked that Madonna was secretly in his studio to fight Pink, prompting his guest to burst out into laughter.

Interestingly, Pink recently shared that Madonna wanted her to be a part of her and Britney Spears' infamous kiss at the MTV Video Music Awards in August 2003. "I think we all were [invited]," she revealed during an interview on KTU 103.5 earlier this week. "I think Madonna wanted to kiss all of us. I was in Costa Rica at the time, having all kinds of fun with my boyfriend, Carey Hart. Gwen Stefani was also invited, I remember. It was a bunch of us."
