AceShowbiz - Cuban Doll makes it clear that she is not fanatical about Cardi B. The raptress and social media influencer said she's not obsessed with the "Bodak Yellow" hitmaker after sparking rumors.
On Sunday, August 21, the 24-year-old aspiring raptress cryptically wrote on Twitter, "Suing everyone is crazy," adding a rolling on the floor laughing emoji. After many of her followers pointed out that she's throwing shade at Cardi, she replied in a since-deleted post, "Nobody talking bout cardi Df."
Instead of believing her words, social media critics were quick to press her in the reply section, with one noting that Cuban Doll has been "a fan" of Cardi for years. Another even labeled her "copycat," as writing, "If you so gangster, tag Cardi B then? Wait I'll do it for you, copycat.
A third added, "Girl being this obsessed is crazy. No one was even speaking on a 'Cuban savage,' " with a fourth echoing, "Your so obsessed." Someone else tweeted, "She just mad because she cant be cardi...cardi is not thinking about u so just move to the next."
Cuban Doll and Cardi once had a back-and-forth on social media. The feud appeared to have started in 2018. At the time, it was reported that Cardi's husband Offset tried to sleep with Cuban Doll.
Then earlier this year, Cuban Doll and Cardi reignited their old beef. In January, Cuban Doll tweeted a selfie of herself wearing a leopard print costume from a video shoot, implying that Nicki Minaj, with whom Cardi has a rivalry, was the inspiration for the outfit.
After one of her fan accounts retweeted Cuban Doll's remark on Nicki, Cardi posted and deleted, "Ask me why they hate me … THEY DON'T HAVE A REASON, JUST BANDWAGONING. Its Cool tho, everyone that ever hated never succeeded."
In response, Cuban Doll wrote, "Girl Sdfu !!!!! We never had a problem you dry tweeted that s**t bout me … me & you ain't been cool offset was tryna f**k me." Then, Cuban Doll told Cardi to not "play the victim." Cardi later slammed the "victim" claims, saying that Cuban Doll was the one who began the fight.
