AceShowbiz - Britney Spears finally got her happily ever after. The pop star has tied the knot with her now-husband Sam Asghari in a "fairy tale" wedding, which was attended by her celebrity pals including Drew Barrymore and Paris Hilton.
The 40-year-old singer married Sam on Thursday, June 9 in the backyard of her mansion in Thousand Oaks, California. The couple's nuptials were performed by Reverend Clint Hufft, who also officiated Paris' 2021 wedding. The ceremony took place at approximately 8:30 P.M.
Drew put on an equally jovial display as she arrived in her own chauffeured vehicle with a female pal. The 47-year-old star donned a brown cloak-like number and her auburn hair was parted down the middle and styled in waves. To complete her look, she added a pair of large gold chandelier earrings and a glitzy gold watch.
Paris looked glammed up for the occasion in a black cut-out dress that highlighted her fit physique. The 40-year-old socialite was joined at the star-studded soiree by her mother Kathy Hilton and her husband Carter Reum.
Paris arrived at the venue in a black luxury vehicle and she shielded her eyes with a pair of oversized sunglasses. Her blonde hair was parted to one side and styled in sleek strands that flowed past her bust.
As for Kathy, she stunned in a flesh-toned mini dress with a black lace overlay. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star layered up the look with a matching shall and carried her essentials in a black clutch with black leather rose pinned to the front of it.
Maria, meanwhile, wowed in a sleeveless teal velvet gown that showed off her enviably toned arms. At one point, the 44-year-old TV personality, who swept up her honey-toned hair into a high ponytail, offered a friendly wave in the direction of guests and staff as her husband, Keven Undergaro, remained behind the wheel.
Donatella Versace, who reportedly designed Britney's bridal gown, rolled up to the wedding venue in a snazzy black sports car with her window rolled down. The 67-year-old fashionista, who looked happy, donned a sleeveless white dress which she accessorized with a gold necklace.
Britney's attorney Mathew Rosengart was also in attendance. The bride's lawyer, who was key to helping her end her long-standing conservatorship last year, was spotted driving himself to the wedding venue.
Missing from the ceremony was Britney's estranged family, including her ex-conservator father Jamie Spears, mom Lynne Spears and sister Jamie Lynn Spears. Britney also didn't include her sons with her ex-husband Kevin Federline in the guest list.
A few hours ahead of the wedding ceremony, Britney's former first husband Jason Alexander broke into her house. Jason was tackled by police after the Ventura County Sheriff's Department received a call about trespassing. He was then booked for trespassing, vandalism and two other batteries related to his physical altercations with Britney's security.
Following the incident, Britney's lawyer Mathew stated that he wants Jason to be "aggressively prosecuted." In a statement to Page Six, he said, "I'm working closely with law enforcement to ensure Mr. [Jason] Alexander is aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."
