Despite having been separated for more than a year now, the longest-running cast member on 'Saturday Night Live' and the interior designer have yet to file for divorce.

AceShowbiz - Kenan Thompson and his wife are going their separate ways. Having been married for nearly 11 years, the longest-running cast member on "Saturday Night Live" and Christina Evangeline decided to call it quits.
Revealing the news was TMZ. Sources told the outlet that Kenan and Christina have actually been separated for more than a year now. Still, they have been co-parenting their two daughters Georgia and Gianna well despite the split.
Both the comedian and his spouse have yet to file for divorce. However, it is expected to happen soon as the sources informed the publication that the pair grew apart as time passed by. While the funnyman has been in Los Angeles working on his show "Kenan", the interior designer has been in New York City.
Kenan and Christina tied the knot in November 2011 in the Arctic Room of the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Speaking about the nuptials, a source told Us Weekly at that time, "[They're] very happy. They've lived together as a couple and were excited to share the moments with close friends."
"She was thrilled and a beautiful bride," the unnamed insider further detailed. "Being in the rented out aquarium made the night even more magical. Christina loved the dolphins."
In February 2021, Kenan opened up about what Christina thought about the plot of his self-titled show. On the sitcom, he "stars as a single dad who's trying to balance his career as the host of a popular morning show in Atlanta with raising his two spirited daughters."
"She was like, 'Oh, so I'm dead?' But, I mean, she was just giving me a hard time," he said during an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". He went on to share, "But I was like, 'Yeah ... it's not you, you know what I mean? It's a show. It's a different thing.' "
