Republic Records have made major gaffe as they mistakenly sent the 'warmest congrats' to the 'Price Tag' hitmaker after she revealed a devastating pregnancy loss.

AceShowbiz - Jessie J's record label Republic Records made an unfortunate social media blunder after the singer announced she'd suffered a miscarriage.

In a post shared Wednesday (24Nov21), the "Domino" singer shared a photo of herself posing with a pregnancy test and revealed she lost a baby on the eve of a big concert in Los Angeles.

However, a number of her followers misinterpreted the post as a pregnancy announcement and, without reading the extended caption, sent their congratulations to the heartbroken vocalist.

Among those jumping into the comments was her label Republic Records, which wished her "the biggest hug and warmest congrats" along with a bunch of celebratory emojis.

In the lengthy caption, the "Who You Are" hitmaker explained how she'd been nervous about keeping her pregnancy a secret ahead of her latest gig, but just hours later doctors told her that they could not find her baby's heartbeat.

However, she insisted, "I'm still in shock, the sadness is overwhelming. But I know I am strong, and I know I will be ok. I also know millions of women all over the world have felt this pain and way worse. I feel connected to those of you I know and those of you I don't. It's the loneliest feeling in the world."

"So I will see you tonight L.A. I may crack less jokes but my heart will be in the room."

The people running the record company's social media might have realized their slip-up and deleted the congratulatory message since it can no longer be found.
