Channel Seven presenter Matt Doran admits that he 'was totally unaware' of the emailed preview of the 'Easy On Me' hitmaker's new album before interviewing her about it.

AceShowbiz - An Australian reporter has apologized to Adele after admitting he didn't listen to her new album "30" before interviewing the superstar about it.
Channel Seven presenter Matt Doran flew to London for the special chat, during which he reportedly failed to ask the "Easy On Me" hitmaker a single question about her new release.
According to the Daily Mail, Adele's Sony record label bosses have now refused to allow network producers to air the interview, part of a reported $1 million (£743,000) package deal, which also includes the broadcast rights to Adele's "One Night Only" concert and her TV tell-all with Oprah Winfrey.
The "Weekend Sunrise" host told The Australian he was "mortified and unequivocally apologetic" to the British singer, after telling her he had only heard one song from the upcoming release and was "unaware" he'd been sent the tracks to listen to.
"When I sat down to interview Adele, I was totally unaware that I'd been emailed a preview of her unreleased album," Doran said of the get-together, which took place on November 4.
"I have since discovered it was sent to me as an 'e card' link, which I somehow missed upon landing in London. It was an oversight but not a deliberate snub. This is the most important email I have ever missed."
However, he denied Adele had "stormed out of the interview," explaining she actually went nine minutes over the scheduled 20-minute chat. "Adele didn't storm out. In fact, it was the polar opposite. What was meant to be 20 minutes was extended to 29 minutes," he added.
Doran also denied he'd been suspended for two weeks by his employers at Channel Seven and has "implored Sony to release the interview."
The Daily Mail reports network chiefs still have the rights to air the Oprah chat and the "One Night Only" show.
