The former 'Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List' star bares it all while dancing on her balcony in a celebratory clip she shares on her social media platform for the special day.

AceShowbiz - Kathy Griffin seemed to be in high spirits on her 61st birthday. The former "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List" star marked the special day with topless dancing video she shared on her social media page after her cancer diagnosis.
Making use of her Instagram account on Thursday, November 4, the comedian posted a clip that saw her baring it all while dancing on her balcony by the ocean. In it, she could be seen standing with her back facing the camera.
Kathy had her arms outstretched as she shimmied and she ended the short clip by pumping her fist in the air. "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY, BABY!" the "Suddenly Susan" alum gushed in the caption. She added, "61 AND SEXXXXY."
In the comment section, many of her celebrity pals showed their love. "Happy Birthday!!!!!! Sending you tons of love xoxoxox," Kris Jenner commented on the post. "Happy birthday Kathy!!! Love you dummy," Selma Blair chimed in, while Caroline Rhea exclaimed, "Happy Birthday Queen!"
Kathy's fun and liberated video came after she received a cancer diagnosis for stage 1 lung cancer in August, despite having never smoked. "I've got to tell you guys something. I have cancer. Yes, I have lung cancer even though I've never smoked! The doctors are very optimistic as it is stage one and contained to my left lung," she shared at the time. "Hopefully no chemo or radiation after this and I should have normal function with my breathing."
Kathy also said that doctors were "very optimistic" about her prognosis as she prepared to undergo surgery to have part of her left lung removed. Then in September, the comedian revealed that she's still suffering from vocal cord "issues" amid her treatment.
"One thing that sucks about cancer, it's hard to focus on anything else when one is experiencing shortness of breath, deep coughing, pain, extreme fatigue & in my case, vocal chord issues [sic]," Kathy wrote. She added, "One thing that doesn't suck about cancer...how shameless I am when clapping back at people who dare to sass Ms. Kathy about anything with 'Really, d**khead??? TRY CANCER!' I cannot get enough of it."
