The two reportedly began dating in March 2020, months before Brian Austin Green confirmed his separation from the 35-year-old actress. In September, the "Rap Devil" spitter admitted that it was love at the first sight for him.

During an interview on "The Howard Stern Show", MGK confessed, "After I made the big chunk of the album, I did fall in love for the first time." He revealed further, "That was my first experience with being open to love and stuff like that. I definitely wasn't set up to believe that that's something that could ever exist."

MGK's sweet anniversary tribute came after the couple was seen sharing some PDA at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday, May 23. The "My Ex's Best Friend" singer took home the Top Rock Artist award, as well as Top Rock Album for "Tickets to My Downfall" at the event.
