AceShowbiz - K-pop superstars Blackpink have smashed multiple Guinness World Records with the release of the video for their latest single "How You Like That".
The song, which marks their return after a year-long break, is the lead single from the band's first studio LP, which is due out in September.
"How You Like That" video, which features members Lisa, Jennie, Rose, and Jisoo in settings including a lush rainforest and an ice palace, was viewed 86.3 million times in its first day of release - bagging it three new Guinness World Record titles.
These are; Most viewed YouTube video in 24 hours, Most viewed music video on YouTube in 24 hours, and Most viewed YouTube music video in 24 hours by a K-pop group - all previously held by fellow K-pop group BTS and before them Halsey.
YouTube chiefs also confirmed to Guinness World Records that the live premiere of "How You Like That" reached 1.66 million peak concurrent viewers, setting two new record titles for most viewers for the premiere of a video on YouTube, and most viewers for the premiere of a music video on YouTube.
