The 'Suicide Squad' actress reveals in a new magazine interview her horrible meeting with the disgraced movie mogul has made her decide to openly embrace her sexuality.

AceShowbiz - Cara Delevingne decided to be more open about her pansexual and gender fluid identity after a nightmare call from shamed movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

The model and actress, 27, has previously accused Harvey, who is now serving a 23-year prison sentence for rape and sexual assault, of harassing her in a hotel room, and of telling her to get a "beard" - a fake boyfriend to cover up the fact she was dating women.

In a new interview with Variety, Cara reveals that the horrible call with the disgraced producer helped convince her she needed to be more open about her sexuality, which she now describes as "pansexual."

"To me, the idea of having a beard was - I'd heard it happen before - I just felt so disheartened by it," the "Paper Towns" star says. "Do you have a conversation with a dude, and they're like, 'I'm going to pretend to be with you but not really love you'? I kind of think when I was pushed more that way, I realised how much more I needed to go the other way."

In 2018, she told her fans she identified as gender fluid, having previously opened up about her attraction to women and gone public with her relationship with musician St. Vincent. However, Cara, who recently split from her last girlfriend Ashley Benson in April 2020, says that it didn't feel like she was "coming out."

"I never thought I needed to come out," she explains. "It was just kind of like, 'This is who I am. Just so you know.' "

Now, when asked to define her gender identity and sexuality, the "Suicide Squad" actress says, "I feel different all the time. Some days, I feel more womanly. Some days, I feel more like a man."

"I always will remain, I think, pansexual. However one defines themselves, whether it's 'they' or 'he' or 'she,' I fall in love with the person - and that's that. I'm attracted to the person."
