Nick Cordero's Wife Offered Update on His Recovery

During an Instagram Live chat that same day, the fitness instructor could not help to share her excitement. "Nick, oh my gosh, we have come a very long way. A very, very long way," she dished. "It's hard to believe. Nick, he's so weak. Really, really weak, but you can tell that he's in there, you can tell that he's trying, you can tell that he's hearing and it's just, honestly, it's amazing."

Kloots went on to note that Cordero will need physical therapy to "help him get stronger." Still, she could not help but gush that her husband "is a true superhero." Cordero was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California in late March. Weeks later, doctors were forced to amputate his leg since a series of blood clot issues hampered his recovery from Coronavirus. He was also fitted to a temporary pacemaker because of an irregular heartbeat.
